Product & engineering command center
People at companies are typically organized into teams under a direct manager. However, sometimes additional organization structures are needed such as cross functional squads or projects that span across different teams. Existing HR and project management software doesn’t support this well, and solutions like spreadsheets are hard to maintain.
SkyView is a SaaS platform that handles team organizations flexibly. It will initially consist of SquadView, which will allow VPs / directors to see the roles and skillsets their org has so they can allocate their staff effectively and ProjectView, which will give ICs and managers a view of projects going on at the company. A key focus will be using automation to reduce the maintenance burden.
